We experienced a complete nightmare when our basement took on over four inches of water mixed with sewage and feces. It was overwhelming, frightening, and honestly one of the most stressful situations our family has ever been through. From the moment Americon arrived, everything changed. They came to the rescue when we felt helpless. Their field technicians were respectful, conscientious, and incredibly hard working. They treated our home like it was their own and worked tirelessly in conditions no homeowner ever wants to face. Every step of the cleanup was explained clearly and done with care, professionalism, and compassion. John personally helped us through the entire process, not just with the cleanup but with the insurance claim itself.
