1 month agoTechnician was courteous and arrived on time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and he had the necessary part on hand. Refrigerator was fixed within 1 hour. Pretty much all I can ask from a service call. The repair was under warranty, so I can't comment on whether or not the price would have been fair had I paid out of pocket. -

1 month agoWhen my nine month old Wolf six burner duel fuel range blew out its computer module I had no idea how difficult it would be to repair but Appliance Man stuck with it, and though it took three trips, they got it repaired. What impressed me most is that I got kind of pushy about getting it fixed after two attempts (each time the tech accurately reported he needed more parts) and they put up with me! Thank you Appliance Man!!! -

2 months agoMy 9 year old Wolf oven lost the ability to heat. Tony came in with decades of knowledge and experience and diagnosed the issue quickly. He replaced the faulty piece and my oven is working perfectly again! The warranty had expired but Wolf stands behind their products and covered the majority of the total cost. The glass window on the door had accumulated lint between the panels and I never felt comfortable taking the door apart to clean it. Tony did that too!! This was above and far beyond my expectations! I would never hesitate to call Appliance Man if the need arises in the future. -

Scheduling the appointment was easy and placed for a few day out. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back a couple of hours later that they could squeeze us in for the same day. Our repair technician was friendly and pleasant to talk to. He was efficient with the work and transparent through the process. We felt comfortable and confident with our decision and will have them help us again in the future.
