6 years agoWe purchased flooring at Lowes Sandusky, and Lowes arranged the installation. Ryan Fry and Casey Stull not only did an excellent install, but they were great to work with. They installed vinyl planking in 2 1/2 baths, hallway, washer-dryer area, and one 13x13 room. They were here 2 days, were very professional but approachable, explaining everything and answering all our questions. We highly recommend them. -

6 years agoNever have I been so disrespected by a company in my life. Lowes sent them out to my home to do a measurement and estimate. The guy did his measurements, went over the information with me, told me Lowes would get back to me in 48 hours with a quote. Wife goes to Lowes to go over estimate and is told that this contractor refuses to tear away or haul old carpet because it is "covered in pet urine and feces!!!" We bought our house 4 years ago. In that time frame, our dog urinated twice inside. It was promptly cleaned and we have shampooed the carpet 2 times since that happened. There is absolutely no way this is true. I will take my business elsewhere and 100% tell all of my friends and clients to avoid this company. -

7 years agoExtremely difficult to get a hold of. Initial install had several problems. We were promised all new carpeting per the installers that looked at the problem, but somehow 3 weeks later they found an exact match for the area that was messed up so my wife and I said ok so we could be done with this and be happy with the outcome. After the 2nd attempt by the new guys to fix the issues, because they had the carpet thread backwards the first time, their seams are horrible! Cuts are terrible to our existing carpeting. They told me that after 3 weeks my now "old" carpeting wasn't matching up to the "new" carpeting and to give it some time. Doors that shut fine before now dont shut where seems meet. This place is ridiculous and if this is what Lowes and every other place around here wants to sub there work out to they won't be selling carpeting much longer!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
