2 months agoafter speaking with the owner he said he would refund me 100 dollars because the service man that was supposed to come called in sick and he sent who was available he then offered to come to My home to give me an estimate this never happened so I'm left with a broken boiler and no idea who to call next because the boiler still has to be replaced -

They were able to come out the same day we called them and the technician was friendly and kind. Also found the part for a discount which is always helpful and we appreciate it! Definitely recommend them -

2 months agoThey took over a week to come and then sent a inexperienced tech who just changed my filters. And they got $1500 from pathways. Now I have no furnace in the middle of winter. This is my reply you did NOT clean my furnace and my filters where brand new! Just because you can't figure out the problem do NOT lie about what Happened. Totally horrible Business! If you keep it up I will go further with my complaints
