11 years agoServpro was wonderful!! They came out to our home right away and we were so relieved. They explained everything to us that they would be doing as we had never been through anything like that before. They were very professional and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves as well! We did not have to worry about the sanitation portion of this process as they took care of everything. I sure hope our basement never floods again, however, if it does, I sure will call Servpro!!!! -

16 years agoServPro, Bill Dreyer, is a professional, attentive, knowledgeable, empathic provider of services in what generally is a horribly stressful situation. I strongly urge you to use this very capable, ethical company. There was a leak within the bathroom wall that had gone undetected by my elderly parents as the basement is a crawl space and the adjoining wall had a large breakfront and hutch covering the area. The leak caused extensive damage and mold to the adjoining room, hall and basement crawl space. Our insurance claims adjuster suggested calling ServPro. At 9:30 pm I left a message with the ServPro answering service. Within 5 minutes Bill Dreyer, Operations Manager, called me back within 5 minutes offering to come out with his team that same evening. Due to my mother's COPD, it was determined to use dehumidifiers to dry things out and not blowers which could have spread the mold spores. Within an hour of his arrival the crawl space had been dry vac and two humungous industrial dehumidifiers placed. Through the next couple of weeks, he worked closely with the family coming out to the house a couple of times a day to check on the progress of the equipment, add additional equipment, removal of all contaminated areas including the carpeting, padding and wall. The best part is Bill Dreyer worked closely with our insurance company to optimize the clean up and mold remediation within our coverage perimeters. I heartily recommend using this company's services. -

18 years agoThey did a good job but they way the handled my stuff was not satisfactory. They put things where I cannot reach them. I was recovering at the time with a knee surgery.
