1 month agoWe've had an excellent experience overall with Pacifico. They have done two systems for us in a residential home, one a new furnace and the other a furnace and A/C. They show up when they say they will (the communication is always good), and the technicians are courteous and professional. Cleanup after the job is great as well. We recommend them without hesitation. You have many options when it comes to HVAC in this area, but the service level and the quality of the people you get here sets them apart. -

From the staff that answers the phone who were kind and made it easy, to John Mike who was quick, confident, honest and able to provide a reasonable quote on the spot, to the installers who were kind, respectful and did good work. We got lucky with cool weather but timeline from scheduling a quote to fully installed was only 1 week! Will definitely plan to use them moving forward! -
