1 year agoHad Chad come and do carpet for a living room for us and it was great. Then we had him come measure for a bathroom and bedroom after picking out what we wanted. He never returned our calls after that. Not sure if our job wasn't big enough for him but he ghosted us. We called the store and spoke to a worker and no return call. We left multiple voicemails with no return call. If you want some place reliable this in NOT the place to go. -

1 year agoSuper WEIRD experience. Truly was the only place within 6 hours that had our discontinued vinyls planks. My wife did all the communication and I drove 3 hours to pickup 2 boxes. Upon arrival i found the boxes near the front and they looked banged up so when I was able to connect with the sales guy I asked if I could inspect them. Few of the planks were damaged and I ended up with 14 total usable boards. This is where it gets weird. He asked if I was giving a price and I told him my wife did the communication and he then quoted me a price which was not bad ($64). I wanted to just check with my wife and after the call she was under the impression it was only going to be around $32. So I asked him about that. This guy FREAKED OUT on me in front of 5-7 other customers raising his voice saying that I was trying to haggle him. In short extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If I would not have drove 3 hours I would have told them to pound salt.
