I never met Jared in person spoke on the phone and paid online , and he came out set the trap sent me pics right away of where it was placed , about a week later groundhog was caught ! Thank you so much , he was super great got the job done without me having to deal with any of the problem , with me traveling , and barely being at my home , when I came home trap was there , about week later I called him and told him it was caught ! And he came within a hour to pick up! I had a issue and he most definitely handled it without me stressing out about it and dealing with meeting people / phone calls and all , literally got the job done without me even meeting him and his responding is great right away any questions , phone calls or text always responded right away thank you thank you so much ! With me being super busy with work ! And traveling I didn't have time to meet him , or even plan a visit I paid he sent pictures right away of the trap and where it was placed , when I came home I gave him another call and within a hour he picked it up never saw him never met him and being very busy working non stop it was definitely super convenient for me thank you so much GOT JOB DONE ! Professional! & very very convenient with my schedule thank you again Jared -

7 months agoExpert service I would highly recommend always does what he says he's going to do within a reasonable time. I tried to get in contact with them for weeks ended up just picking up supplies -

7 months agoJared was nice but not really helpful. I contacted his company because there were many positive reviews regarding immediate attention to animal issues. I had him out for an estimate to get rid of bats and in his estimate he stated that if we observe any bats inside the house again to contact him immediately. Well I did and his response was it's after hours we cannot help. Bats only come out at night! Probably a good company to use as long as you don't need immediately attention that don't fit into a 9-5 workday. -

8 months agoJared was awesome, couldnt say enough! He helped us with a couple bats that were hanging on our chimney, under a tarp, as we were waiting to do some brick work repairs! Great guy, excellent service and very reasonable--would definitely use him again and highly recommend him hands down! Thanks again!! -

11 months agoExcellent service. Had two groundhog holes on my property with a family of groundhogs causing menace. Traps were laid and hogs caught timely. Definitely recommend him for any wildlife/pest related problem.
