Wyles was one of the most reasonable as far as cost went, and they have a great local reputation, so I chose them for the job. Butch's team of Dan, Ethan, and Casey did an amazing job, and knocked it all out in about 8 hours. They used high quality Carrier products. They made the process very easy. A very hard-working crew who knew their stuff. I'll definitely call them in the future! Thumbs-Up!! -

3 months agoQuick, same day service. The man who came knew what the problem was as soon as he saw the furnace. He had the parts in his truck and fixed me right up. He was quiet but very nice and extremely respectful. I was able to pay when he was there and I had heat again! Will use again if the need arises (hopefully not for a while!) -

4 months agoI was very upset when I called Wyles as I had no heat and no hot water. I knew it was going to get very cold, and I wasnt upset with them, I just had a very stressful 2 days. When I tell you that they went above and beyond to get my heat on, they did. When another company refused to do anything with my furnace and leave me with no heat, Wyles replaced the fan motor just to get my heat running. I am forever grateful for them, and they also didnt price gouge me for a new furnace which they will install in the next few days. Bottom line, I was in an emergency situation and instead of trying to take advantage of me in this situation, they sent someone to HELP me. A technician came out within the hour of me calling. Thank you again. Your service is truly appreciated. -

6 months agoWomen answering the phone was completely unprofessional. Would not give any more business to a company that disrespect my time and speaks to clients with zero respect. Yes, I did call in at 7am for my parents who are elderly and I was told that a service technician would would be out sometime "today". I completely understand that I did not have a scheduled appointment as most people don't when there furnaces stop working at the start of cold weather season. If the representative in the morning that I spoke with had said that their technicians were extremely busy and would not be able to get to me until much later in the day, I would have had time to call other companies. When I called 8 hours later asking about an ETA, the woman answering the phone responded "I SAID TODAY!" Proper communication with customers is essential to running a good business. Spinning the narrative to justify your representatives behavior does not negate what actually happened.
