I'm a Realtor and have used him personally for a flip project and high-end project in my personal properties. I've also referred him to countless clients and other agents and all have raved about him as well. I even had an agent I'd never met call me out of the blue who saw my recommendation on a Facebook group and used him and she went out of her way to make sure I knew how much she appreciated the recommendation and would also be referring him from then on. Hinmar is the best, most honest, hard-working guy. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. He's beyond reliable and takes pride in his business and his work!
