2 months agoDrew was a fantastic person to work with. Of the many roof sales people who came to my door and dismissed, he was the only one who asked if any one had looked at it. No one had so he went up abdctook pictures to show me damage I did not know was there. He helped me through the claims process, was knowledgeable, listened carefully, politely made suggestions, and was very nice. He even complimented a person on the phone at the end, who we had been talking to. Based on my experience both my sons had their roofs etc. replaced from their storm damage. I very highly recommend him and Shift. I do want to add that the roof was done in a day as they brought in a big crew and the installation manager, Kyle, was very nice and willing to answer any questions and provided his card if any follow up was needed. -

3 months agoI wasted 3 months with another company and decided to give Shift Roofing a call. Luke came out the very next day and with my insurance adjustment in hand we signed a contract to get the roof started. Communication with my insurance company was very strong. There were several additional items that needed to be addressed and Sean addressed them and got them covered! My house is not grand and glorious but it has been a family home at Buckeye Lake for over 80 years. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up. Kyle was on site and we talked to him as the crew was almost done. The roof looks great! -

Drew was my salesperson and he did a great job working with me to show me what was wrong with my roof and worked with insurance to complete the claim. The crew that came in did a great job and the supervisor showed up a few days later to make sure that everything was done right and I am happy. Great job. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservations. -

3 months agoGreat company! Clay and Noah stopped at the house a few weeks after we had golf ball size hail. Roof was severely damaged and they stepped us through the insurance claim process. The work was top notch and this company communicated with us all through the process. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. A couple of issues arose due to gutter contractors and Shift resolved these with no problems. The integrity of this company is very impressive. -
