5 months agoWe had the pleasure of meeting Joseph and his team during a recent townhouse sale in Brooklyn. The owners purchased the house a year ago and were renovating in phases, but unexpectedly needed to relocate out of state so they called us to list the home for sale and they introduced us to Joseph because of his intimate knowledge of the home and the phenomenal job he did with the primary bathroom renovation, which was so stunning the Instagram reel went viral. We worked with Joseph and our stager to prepare the home for sale, including repainting and sprucing up the kitchen and the house sold for 15% above asking. Their work is meticulous, their customer service is top notch, and they go above and beyond for their clients. It's no wonder the sellers raved about how much they love their contractor and we will be recommending them to the buyers to finish renovating the rest of the home. -

From start to finish, Forward Construction was extremely reliable and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. The job was done with precision-it's clear they take great pride in their craftsmanship. On top of that, every member of the crew had a great personality, and interacting with them was truly enjoyable. What really stood out was their communication and follow-through. They showed up on time every day, kept the site clean and organized, and always made sure we were in the loop with progress updates and changes. We now have more outside usable/functional space. The deck is beautifully built, and the patio layout turned out even better than we expected. Highly recommend! -

10 months agoWe hired Forward Const to build a roof over our backyard deck. It is amazing. The detail work is superb. It looks as if everything was built at the same time as the house, even though the house was built 28 years ago, and the deck is 4 years old. And the new roof ties directly into our old roof. We now have a wonderful spot to entertain and relax without having to put up with the blazing summer sun. We were impressed with the work crew; they were kind, considerate, and very courteous. We'll gladly use them for future projects. -
