1 month agoHad a HVAC heat pump/ac system installed by EH Roberts in 2002 in a home with only baseboard heat and no ductwork or ac. Have been with them ever since. Never tried to sell me anything that was not actually needed. Now on our second system with them (Bryant) and no complaints. Have the twice-yearly service plan which is (in my opinion) a bargain. Chris, who usually come out, is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend them. -

2 months agoI signed up for E. H. Roberts' monthly payment plan that covers 2 checkups a year for furnace and A/C plus emergency services if needed. The technicians from E. H. Roberts are always friendly and courteous. They take the time to do thorough inspections and any necessary adjustments. They have been servicing my heating/cooling systems for years. I guess that says it best ~ there is no need to go with another company.
