2 years agoWe hired Pinnacle Roofing to do the top of our factory building in Bristol. The job took a total of 2 days with them. The men were professional, the estimate was a great price and the follow up was what really set them apart in our eyes. A week after they completed the job, we had what we thought was a leak coming from the roof. I called the owner at 6:30pm and sent him photos letting him know there was an issue. He immediately drove straight over and inspected the inside and outside of the building and found that the water was coming from our AC. Even with that being their issue Pinnacle went out of their way to give us the information as to where the water was coming in, and what to explain to the AC Repairmen when we called the next day. Top notch service. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a flat roof install. -

2 years agoI was recommended to call Pinnacle from a realtor friend, to do work on one of my rental properties. I called for a storm inspection because my tenant had said the roof was leaking very badly. I spoke with Dan who came over the following morning. I live in New York, so everything was communicated thru phone calls, texts and emails. He called me and was extremely honest, telling me that he gave a full inspection but found no signs of hail but we were missing a few shingles from wind. He told me that I would be better off forgoing an Insurance claim and explained why. He gave me a quote that evening, explained about his company and how the job would go and that he would be able to get me in right away since the job would only take 1 day. Everything that Dan told me they would do, they did! They had the shingles delivered the night before and the men doing the roof arrived right at 8am. The whole thing was done by 3:30! He let me know what was going on and even updated the tenant about the progress. His team were quick, professional and the work they did was top notch. Great service. Great communication. Great follow through on what was promised. Totally made to feel at ease even being 700 miles away. Will be using them again on my other properties. -

2 years agoDan; the owner; and his crew were amazing to work with. We called for a storm inspection to check for hail damage. Dan came out immediately after we called, explained the entire process for us and inspected the whole house. He took photos of the damage and walked us thru the next steps of filing the claim. When our insurance company sent out the adjuster, Dan came to meet him, went over what he had found during the inspection and took care of everything for us while he was there. We got approved for a full roof replacement with gutters too. Dan helped explain the insurance scope to me and my wife and how the construction would be done. He communicated with us thru out the entire day(yes it only took one day for them to replace everything) sending us pictures and updates as they progressed and the crew had everything cleaned up and the dumpster was gone before my wife even got home. The entire process from the time we called our insurance company to when they were finished took around two weeks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof done.
