4 years agoLandlord had them in my home after hours without asking for working times, when they arrived was told that them being here would be impactful to our lives. Did not leave and was here from 6 pm until 10 pm. A complete nuisance. Life situations don't matter, getting the money and job does. I will lose my job because of this inconvenience most likely. Good work but didn't care about the renter whatsoever. Just said whatever to get us out of their hair.

FAQ
How does Studebaker Electric Co determine pricing for electrical services?
We assess pricing based on the scope of the job, including time required, materials needed, and any unique challenges like weather conditions. Homeowners receive a clear breakdown upfront to understand all factors involved. This approach ensures transparency so you know what to expect without hidden fees.
Are you licensed and insured for electrical work?
Studebaker Electric Co holds the necessary licensing and insurance to perform electrical services safely and legally in Dayton, OH. Our coverage protects both our team and your property during repairs and installations. Always verify credentials before hiring any electrician to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Does Studebaker Electric Co handle power outages and after-hours apartment wiring repairs?
We manage power outages by responding promptly and return as needed until the issue is resolved, even in tough conditions like ice on the roof. Our technicians efficiently complete apartment wiring and repairs to restore full functionality. These services cover common residential electrical needs in homes and apartments.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling electrical fixes?
We provide specific arrival windows and aim to start work within the agreed timeframe, including after-hours calls when necessary. How does Studebaker Electric Co handle cleanup and after-care following electrical repairs?
We leave your home clean and tidy after completing wiring or repair work, removing any debris from the job site. Technicians test all systems to confirm everything operates smoothly before finishing. This step ensures your space is safe and functional right away.
Why is your professional approach to electrical repairs safer than attempting DIY fixes?
Our method involves thorough diagnostics and repeated visits if needed to address issues like power outages correctly, avoiding risks from incomplete work. Professionals use proper tools and safety protocols for tasks such as roof access in icy conditions, which homeowners lack. DIY attempts can lead to shocks, fires, or further damage, while we prioritize safe, lasting results.
