1 month agoThey were called to fix an issue with a generator they installed while it was under warranty. The problem was still not fixed (after 2 or 3 service calls) until the warranty expired (by less than 3 months). When another tech came out after the warranty expired he fixed the problem stating the defect should have been found and resolved on the previous visits. I then got a bill for $432.50. I questioned why, since the problem was reported and worked on while still under warranty. All I got was a "bill past due" phone call. Update: After I spoke to management and they reviewed my files they agreed that the repair should have been covered under the warranty and they refunded my payment. Overall good history with this company I am assuming this was an isolated issue -
