At first, I felt uneasy in my new home, but Nancy B transformed that experience. Every detail, from the vents to the windows, was meticulously cleaned. 2 years agoI'm a realtor in the Columbus/Dayton area and also a landlord. I decided to sell one of my properties and one of the conditions of the buyer was to have it cleaned. I called the companies I knew of and I was met with the the same excuse from each one... we don't service that area. Time was running out and I was within a week of closing. I reached out to my social media friends and they recommended Nancy B's Cleaning Service LLC. There were a couple things I immediately noticed and appreciated. One, when I reached out to this business, I received a response within 24 hours. Second, I explained what services I needed and the sense of urgency. A walkthrough was scheduled and a couple of days later the property was clean. Throughout this process Nancy B's Cleaning Service was very polite, professional and never dropped the line of communication. But most importantly the property was immaculately cleaned so the buyer was able to just move in. You can not beat that level of service. I highly recommend Nancy B's Cleaning Service for all your cleaning needs. -
