4 months agoAs a follow-up, there were some stains on the ceiling and it took months for someone to come out and look at them. It was determined by the agent that the stained panels came from the manufacturer that way. I was assured they would get to the bottom of it by finding out how to remove stain and provide paint to match in case it was needed. That was many months ago with no contact from Sunspace. Their follow through leaves much to be desired. After three years, the stains remain. Worked with me to get insurance approval after ice and snow damaged my 3-season room roof. Once materials received, finished the replacement and clean-up in one day. Roof/ceiling are a great improvement in the quality and appearance of my room. Very professional, diligent, friendly management and staff. Would recommend. -

1 year agoOur original porch was screens with a very 'lightweight' screen door. We could use it mid-spring to mid-fall and when it did not rain. Max at Sunspace, came in and offered a couple of options. We elected the one that moved the mid rail toward the top leaving enough space for a transit window and then enough space below that cross piece for 8 six foot tall spaces that were filled with 4-section sliding vinyl windows. A heavier screen door was added and we now have a porch we can use regardless of rain. On sunny winter days we can sit out there as the sun quickly warms the space. We previously were not able to use the porch in the winter. The team that did the installation was friendly and were attentive to any questions we asked. In addition they sought out our opinion as to the work as it progressed. The sections can be raised, lowered or left in several configurations. We are now 7 years old and everything works fine and is still original. Whenever we had questions they were promptly answered. Needless to say we love our porch and are very pleased with it and working with Max and Sunspace. Many times throughout these years we have had neighbors and others stop and inquire about the work. We strongly recommend Sunspace and Max to them. -

1 year agoHad a great experience working with Max and the team. Great communication and fast install. The heat stop cover makes it possible to enjoy sitting outside on a bright day. Perfect addition to my west-facing deck. -

1 year agoSales - Excellent Product - Excellent Installation - Excellent The only issue I can say is less than excellent is trying to clean the windows. I have tried a couple of times using the exact instructions and spray they gave me and still they're streaky and smeary. I gave up. Other than that try them, you'll like them.
