2 years agoI had new carpet installed in my bedroom, small hallway and 2 sets of stairs. Bill Harian, my salesperson did an outstanding job of helping me pick out my carpet and measuring my spaces. The installers who were polite and professional did an excellent job with not only installing my carpet, but taking my bed apart, moving all of my furniture, and putting it all back together. The price was great and I love my new carpet! Thanks Bill and the installers! -

4 years agoEverything has gone good until I reached out to them about issues with snags in carpet. They sent expert out to look at problem and indicated that they thought it was from dogs collar. Removed collar and still having issues. Called several times with excuses of I didn't get your voicemail to owner has been busy and just got back from something. Every time I call it goes to voicemail and never get call back. It's been over 2 months and no resolution. Only able to actually talk twice to live person with a promise to get back to me. Maybe a review of true account of events will get some attention. -

5 years agoWe're very happy with the new carpeting we bought from the Levi's 4 Floors store in Blacklick. Jeff did a great job steering us to a stain-resistent carpet with a cushioned pad. He was great to work with. And the installers were very professional. -

6 years agoThe process went very smoothly. The salesman came out and measured. We discussed removing the old carpets and putting the flooring over all the existing tile and over whatever was under the carpets. Removing and replacing quarter- round in all the areas where there was new flooring. We discussed that fact that some doors might not shut. I got them trimmed before the crew arrived. The installers arrived on time, they were working within 5 minutes. They hauled out the old carpet and padding, all the old quarter-round (which all had to be replaced), and were laying floor within 1 hour. By the end of the first day, (they worked 8:30a to 6ish), they were almost done. The next day, they installed all the new quarter-round, which took less than 2 hours. The house was immaculate when they left it each day. The crew took pride in their work and were extremely professional. When I returned home the second day, I was amazed at how beautiful my house looked. I cannot even remember the old carpet. My house looks brand new! I had a question after they left about a substance on the floor. Within two days, they were out, removed the substance. Customer service followed up immediately to check my satisfaction rate. I was thrilled with their work, the performance of their work crew, and their response to questions. While I never hope to need flooring in my house again, I would hire them in a minute. -
