4 months agoDoes this company always place traps when it's going to be 10° outside and leave an animal in there all evening long?? To die from being frozen? The reason why I'm asking is because I called this evening about a squirrel. The traps are Close to my fence and I have dogs and when I let them outside, they won't stop barking because there's a squirrel trapped in the trap freaking out. These neighbors of mine had traps set this afternoon and the lady I spoke to from this company told me I needed to tell them to call well I don't know them that well so I wouldn't go over there, but I called this company and was told that they couldn't come release the squirrel without my neighbor calling well my neighbors are lazy and they're not going to call. Now there is a squirrel trapped that will freeze to death tonight. Yes, I know I have repeated myself, but I am pissed off. I have a ring doorbell camera that saw this company come place the traps but yet they can't come release the squirrel that will freeze to death tonight. What a great company... and service! -

6 months agoAwful!! Do not recommend. I had a rodent issue before and $500 later, still do! I have new tunnels in my garden despite them saying they addressed my issue. I called them to discuss continued rodent issue and they said they could return for more money. Unbelievably poor customer service.
