2 months agoWe called Richie after getting a crazy high quote from another company to replace a part that wasn't even the issue. Richie picked up the phone right away and squeezed us in last minute to his busy schedule. Our old Goodman furnace was on the fritz, and Richie was a subject matter expert. We learned a lot in the short time Richie checked everything over, ran some tests, and found the real problem at more than half the cost of the other company's quote. He was not only thorough, but kind, and gave us some great advice. 10/10 would recommend -

3 months agoRichie was able to come look at an old furnace on a Saturday that had stopped working in my house. He diagnosed it, and was able to repair and replace parts in the same visit making sure that it continued working reliably before he left. He is extremely knowledgably, and took the time to explain what was wrong, and gave recommendations on what could be done in the future. I will be replacing this furnace soon, and Richie will be the person I go to for the job! 100% recommend. -

Richey came out during the weekend multiple times to diagnose and fix the problem, minimizing the amount of time we were out of heat. He was attentive and checked in multiple times after the repair to make sure it continued to get the job done. Highly recommend! -
