9 months agoI have had several new roofs installed on variouse properties by other roofing companies and I can honestly say that "Johnson Restoration" has by far exceeded my expectations. They were very helpful in navigate through the insurance claim process and were also very thorough, prompt and respectful of not only my property but even the neighbors on both sides of our home. We are located in Yankee Trace and so our homes are close together. Not only did they put up protection barriers around our landscaping but they also protected our neighbors landscaping. Furniture on the patio was removed and put back exactly the way it was. They also had a supervisor we could easily communicate with on sight the entire length of the project. Lastly the quality of the work was superior! Thank you Dan Johnson. -

Tom guided us through the insurance process, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Even though they're very busy, he took the time to make sure everything was done right. The team was professional, thorough, and always on time. 1 year agoMy attic was trashed when roof was replaced. It WAS pristine. Used MY ELECTRICITY to finish neighbor's roofs, then yanked outdoor outlet from wall. Did it again working on someone else's project. Never asked and never reimbursed. me. Employees played loud music which is against HOA rules w/o care Very unprofessional. Bad attitude to boot. You're employees do shoddy work and lower our property value. I hired real professionals and have the bill for the damage/not including the electric stolen to do other's jobs. Please .mind your manners as you walk all over people who have done NOTHING against your company, please? I've been putting homes back together from major disasters most of my life. Still no excuse to use my electricity or break rules. You have a lovely day too, taking people's money and damaging their homes. I'm obviously NOT alone in how I feel. And that's not my name. Reporting you to Google.
