11 months agoI was Very disappointed in this experience trying to hire them for a job . Vidal is Extremely unprofessional after a mistake he made I tried explaining to him that what I see is not what he can see in his email and I sent him A proof but instead of fixing things and apologizing he basically called me a lier then he decided he wants to refuse the job . I'm glad I didn't continue with the process. When did this become customer service?! -

The Level I team removed all the old flooring (carpet, tile), took away the debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. Their excellent work was done quickly and efficiently. They kept in good communication with us, and the new flooring was expertly laid in a short time. The price was very affordable.
