1 year agoNick and the Enjaycee crew were phenomenal to work with. From scoping to budgeting, everything was predictable. We bought an investment property from out of state and hire Enjaycee for renovations and everything went smoothly. He provided pics of work done every week, updates on what went well and where we had to make adjustments what had to be pushed. We pays on weekly work completed. Didn't charge for work not done. Doing a renovation, from out of town is always a scary prospect but Nick really built trust with us on his execution. Enjaycee has a few crews so it's not a fly by night operation and workmanship is top notch. When I was first introduced I asked for references, he sent some over for me to call and everything they said I saw. Very happy customers. The team here isn't going to price gouge you, they are transparent, honest and if there's an opportunity to save you money they will and they'll tell you. For record, the team moved two kitchens, installed can lights on two apartments, installed two laundry rooms, built and installed a deck, addressed structural issue with the original deck, addressed structural issue with the house in general, replaced visible knob and tube. We had to pull permits and he understands how to maneuver with the building department very well. -
