Gary showed up when he said he would and the job was completed in less time than he thought. Gary and his assistant Mike did an excellent job at an excellent price. 10 months agoI used Rylix about 6 years ago and they were awesome. I would suggest not using them now. They charged me 174 to come out and walk around and tighten a few wires. they were here for maybe 30 minutes. Then looked at me when i pointed out an outlet that is broken and said 'you want me to change an outlet? that will be $65 per outlet'. Outlet remains broken and I would not recommend these people to anyone. -

1 year agoRude and unprofessional. Details: I paid his service fee for him to come out. Half the reason for the visit was so that I could get quoted 5-6 electrical things I wanted to get done (the other half the reason was to get one safety concern resolved asap, no quote needed). He never responded to me with any quotes. I very kindly texted him every couple weeks after the visit, just a gentle reminder saying hey I know you're busy, do you know when you'll have some quotes ready? Literally never responded to me once - not even to say that he couldn't or wouldn't do these jobs. After months, I then asked him to refund me half the service fee. To which he promptly called me to tell me no, and that "at this point, I'm choosing no longer to work with you" Lmao. Okay Gary. I've only ever been a nice, easy going, paying customer. You dropped the ball, and rather than apologize or make it right you chose to be rude. -
