Not overly charged .. feel they are honest and kept us informed of arrival and what they were doing .. recommend.. eric lopez got my sewer drain unclogged in a jiffy .. was backing up in house . But in 19 degree weather and wind chill 9 degrees .. yet act like it was nothing . Nice professional clean and made sure everything was draining accordingly.. came little under a hour of a phone call .. -

2 months agoI had a terrible experience with Basset. I had a huge job done and they (Jared, Dylan and Josiah) cut corners and refused to take accountability for a faulty job. I highly do not recommend this company. -
