2 years agoWhere to begin....I was given this company by my pool builder who only works with Chris. I needed my panels changed out to accommodate a new pool build. Their quote was significantly higher than two other companies but they said I can save 20% off all work if I sign up for their annual service plan, which at the time sounded like a no-brainer since the pool work was going to be in the thousands. I was never shown any type of contract, just handed an iPad and told to sign on the line and that I can cancel it as soon as the pool work was done. Panels were swapped out, and then I had issues where some lights were no longer working and were tripping the circuit. They came back out, flipped the switch and left. Then I noticed my outdoor lights were no longer working when I would turn on certain sets of lights, which would also end up not working either. Another technician came out, hopefully fixed the problem, then slapped me with a large bill. He left dirty finger prints all over my walls, counters, etc. and instead of asking me to show him a way out to my back exterior lights, he started yanking on an inoperable sliding door. He was sweating all over my kitchen counter and leaning on it, leaving dirty arm and finger prints all over. I did not pay my bill when he left since I thought it was quite absurd that I just spent thousands of dollars to have them change out my panels two weeks prior and I said I needed to speak with a manager. I have been trying to call to get in touch with the owner of the company for several weeks (he can read notes in the system) with no response. Hoping this review will get me at least a phone call back. -

3 years agoAPT Electric was terrific. Chris did a good job of estimating and describing the scope of the job I required. John did the actual work and was punctual, professional and did a great job. He installed baseboard heaters, an outdoor post light, indirect ceiling lights in living room, changed out and installed switches and receptacles. All his work was great! I highly recommend this company. -

4 years agoVery professional and great work! They have an office staff that is very easy to get in touch with and great with coordinating the work. They replaced our electrical panel and service mast in one day. The work was top notch, very clean looking and of course works exactly as it should. Definitely recommend.
