David and Gabriel were great to work with and clearly knew what they were doing. They installed a stainless steel chimney liner, rebuilt the chimney crown, and installed a new cap. They explained everything clearly, showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the work looks excellent. They were professional, efficient, and made sure the job was done right. It's not always easy finding contractors you can trust, but these guys were honest and straightforward throughout the whole process. After getting multiple estimates, I felt confident choosing Royal Chimneys and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the Cincinnati area who needs chimney repair, crown work, or a chimney liner installed. He explained and showed me what he was going to do. After seeing the before and after pictures I was very happy with the results. Thank you so much. -

Gabriel was very efficient and told me everything that was going on. He found the source of the problem and talked me through everything that was going on.
