4 months agoGot so swept up in the excitement of the junk being whisked away, I forgot to take pics. However with a same day call, Tucker nailed it. Within 3 hours of calling (can't be normal), Black Diamond was here, met the $ estimate from a couple of phone pictures texted prior, and got that junk gone. Feels good to check this off the list - - garage recaptured! Thanks Black Diamond! -

6 months agoI'd like to edit add that as I was deep cleaning the master bedroom upstairs with the most amount of vandalism on its doors, I can see hammer marks on the walls. In this room they insisted on destroying a dresser rather than carry it down. Its very light... So we allowed them to break it down, which clearly meant break down my doors and walls. I do not reccomend Black Diamond Junk Removal. They came out to our property beginning of August. Their crew removed items as promised, but intentionally vandalized our custom doors. Every upstairs door had large holes put into it. Some had multiple. One bedroom door had the bottom of the doorframe cracked. All of these look like thay had been done by hammers. There were 2 est 12 year old holes that were previously there- 1 on each bedroom door. The issue is that they took those small fist holes and made them much larger. I can see through some, and you can clearly note the fresh wood. I have a closest door in my downstairs hallway that had the same thing happen to it. Previous hole made larger and then added another hole. They also left glass all over our basement floor from what had to have been them smashing aquariums because they were to lazy to carry them out whole. We also had to go through the inside and outside of the property and collect the garbage that was left behind. How this is a 5 star company is behind me. Its like the crew that came was having a bad morning and took it out on our house that we are getting ready to sell. Imagine how much that sets us back.
