6 years agoVery happy with J and J Plumbing. Our Hot Water Tank went out at 9pm and J and J were here at 9 am the next morning. Technicians Dave and Jesse were very PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and INFORMATIVE. They left no mess behind and made sure not to track dirt and debris onto our carpet. Pricing was straight forward and simple with no hidden fees or costs. Dave explained everything up front and there were no surprises. Class act all the way. Highly recommended. -

FAQ
How does Ash Plumbing, Drain & Sewer determine pricing for plumbing and HVAC services?
We assess pricing based on the specific issue, parts required, and time needed to complete the repair. Fair prices reflect the quick diagnosis and efficient work to restore your systems without unnecessary costs. Customers receive upfront details on what to expect before any work begins.
Do you offer free estimates for services?
Ash Plumbing, Drain & Sewer provides free estimates to help homeowners understand costs upfront. Our technicians evaluate the problem on-site and give a clear quote based on the exact needs. This approach ensures transparency from the start.
Is Ash Plumbing, Drain & Sewer licensed and insured for plumbing, drain, sewer, and HVAC work?
We maintain proper licensing and insurance to handle all plumbing, drain, sewer, and HVAC services safely. Technicians arrive equipped to address issues like hot water tank failures or HVAC installations professionally. This coverage protects your home during every job.
What specific HVAC and plumbing tasks do you handle, such as ductwork or water heater installations?
We manage a range of tasks including rooftop HVAC ductwork installation, plumbing pipes in framed walls, outdoor AC unit setups, and complex hydronic heating systems with tankless water heaters. Our team also tackles drain and sewer issues alongside electrician services when needed. Photos of our commercial and residential projects show examples of this hands-on expertise.
What is the typical timeline and arrival window with Ash Plumbing, Drain & Sewer?
We respond quickly, even to late-night emergencies like hot water tank failures, arriving the next morning within specified hours. Technicians show up on schedule, pinpoint problems fast, and complete repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. You can expect clear communication about arrival times upfront.
How do you ensure the house is left clean after service and why is professional service safer than DIY?
Our technicians clean up debris and waste from the job site, leaving your kitchen or systems area tidy and functional. Professional service uses specialized tools and knowledge to avoid risks like further damage from improper HVAC or plumbing repairs. DIY attempts on complex issues such as sewer backups or AC unit moves often lead to bigger problems and higher costs down the line.
