2 months agoAfter coming to our house and having consultations and seeing some of the issues we were dealing with we were still sold a product that absolutely didn't work with our house, and in our opinion never would. The timelines we were promised were completely inaccurate and continually pushed and muddled. The installation was awful and was attempted to be redone multiple times. We were never offered any kind of deal and ended up having to completely eat the expensive price tag of the floors and then also buy completely new flooring elsewhere. We were never even apologized to after the whole ordeal, and it was one of the most disappointing and upsetting parts of our renovation. I've debated for months on leaving a public review, but it just has to be done in order to warn others what they could be facing and dealing with and to explore other flooring options. -

The price was more than fair, he came out to our house to show us samples and we picked out a plush carpet. The installation was very fast on a Saturday, and the job was exceptionally well done!
