6 years agoImperial Flooring has done an excellent job on our new home. We purchased flooring throughout the house and backsplash for the kitchen, as well as tile for a walk-in shower. Kris and his staff were great to work with throughout the entire process from conception to full installation. We love the vinyl plank flooring throughout most of the house, and the carpet in the bedrooms is soft enough to sleep on. The walk-in shower looks beautiful, and the backsplash in the kitchen is exactly what we were looking for. All this at a very competitive price. Thanks for everything! -

8 years agoAaron was easily available for questions and was patient while we tried to select what flooring was best for us. His prices were better than the competition and I didn't feel like he nickel and dimed certain costs. What really impressed us was he chose solid contractors that were friendly and good at their job, and when we had flooring damaged (our fault) right after install he went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of with our repairs. We will definitely use Imperial flooring again if needed. -

13 years agoThey gave me a quote of $ 2000. I am not going to be using them and that is not because I have anything against them but because I was very impressed by another company's work. One of the other reasons why I decided not to go ahead with them was that I kept waiting for the estimate and when I called them back they could not remember when they had been to my place and also did not know who I was. When they found me at last they faxed the estimate. They were however punctual and came right away. They were professional when they were at my place but when I finally called them back they were not professional and this might have been because they were busy. -
