3 years agoCame to install a dishwasher that I purchased from another store and they delivered it and during installation there were issues with it not fitting correctly. These men went above and beyond and made sure everything fit correctly. The owner even cut some of the plywood and front panel in order for it to fit and they were not required to do this for me. I am so appreciated if their work and the owner is so nice!! -

4 years agoInstalled our range hood incorrectly. It ended up falling, ripping a hole through our sheetrock, scratched up the sides of the cabinets and scratched our brand new stove. The company is refusing to take responsibility for scratching up our brand new stainless steel stove as well as not paying the full amount for us to fix our dry wall and cabinets. We called the day that it fell but we had to wait 22 days for them to come and rehang it, just so we could use our stove top. 22 days of the hood, hanging in our kitchen, by wires. Then they tried to deny responsibility, stating we must have caused it to fall. We had proof with pictures that screw threads never even went into the sheetrock. Do not use this company, unless you want your brand new items, wrecked, and then not be compensated correctly.
