They took on a large remodeling project with us, and were accommodating of our time, ideas, and budget. From the first time we walked into the store, Serena was helpful & patient. She was able to order multiple samples of flooring they didn't have in store and give insight on durability, look, and feel of different options in our price points. Pre-installation, Norberto was thorough, making sure things like the subfloor and moisture levels were up to par. The installation team was able to fix the structural issues of our subfloor without adding a ton of extra time to our project. LaValle stands by their products and work and we are happy to have high-quality flooring for years to come!
