From our first inquiry on color and style for new countertops and backsplash for our kitchen and bathrooms, they have been so attentive and given us such great service. I had experienced the great job they did on a tiling job at my place of employment, so wanted to do business with them again. They completed the project ahead of schedule, and our kitchen and bathrooms look beautiful! To top it off, they are just super nice people!!! 6 months agoWe did really like the service we get from customer service representatives we talk to they where a big help to me and my mom. The customer service representatives was able to work round are schedule. so the flooring could be put in around are Schedule. The people that put in the flooring where really nice and considerate when putting in the floor. If they needing something they would always ask first.. 10 months agoWe had Lavalle do a lake cabin 30 minutes out of Valley City. They showed up when they said they would. They were fast and they cleaned up great. They did amazing job on our floor. They did warn us about extra fees over the estimate which did cost us more because the floor was not level. They leveled it and still got it done in the same time frame. This is the 2nd job they have done for us and we love them both.
