8 months agoOur ac suddenly stopped blowing cold air on Sunday night. My husband called Nathan at Service Kings and left a message and we heard back very quickly. He was able to fit us in on Monday in the early evening when I'm sure he was looking forward to his own cool air at home. Nathan and his coworker checked it out, hoping to get us going that night but it turned out we needed a new fan motor. He came back the next day, Tuesday and got right to work putting it in. He also made sure everything else was in working order so we'd make it through the summer. He didn't try to upsell us or get us to spend big money on a new compressor which I appreciated greatly. I'm not the major repairs one and my husband is out of town. The system is 20+ years old and a little light for our needs so we'll be calling Nathan again to get us a new compressor and furnace this fall for sure! I can't say enough good things about his work. I appreciate so much that he was able to fit us in so fast. My kids and I will be cool and comfy tonight. -
