5 months agoMy experience with Western fence was excellent. Ruby got right on my inquiry, providing a satellite photo of my yard with the proposed area for my fence, as well as quotes for each of the types of fence offered by Western Fence. She answered all my questions, walked me through the process, was friendly and knowledgeable. Travis and Gary started on my fence (approximately 225 ft of chain link with a walk gate and a drive through gate) at 10 am and were completely finished by 4 pm. Friendly and knowledgeable guys--I enjoyed listening to them as they worked; it was obvious the enjoy their job and know what teamwork is. My fence is level, tight, straight, my gates are perfect, and I am thrilled with the finished job. -

6 months agoWe did not have a good experience. To begin with, their communication is sorely inadequate. Secondly, when I arrived home, the gate installation was hideous. So much so, that I told them to take it down to avoid embarrassment for us and for them. After a great deal of attitude, they made the correction to the best of their ability. I am still not satisfied with the appearance of the gate. The gate installation on the other side of the house is great. I can't say that for the messed up side. Do not recommend. -

12 months agoEveryone at Western Fence was beyond wonderful to work with! It was the easiest process to get a quote, they were able to start working sooner then I expected, and fished the job so quick. The fence looks beautiful and there is no way our doggo will escape! -

1 year agoGary and his crew were great. We just moved into our home and with two dogs and a toddler we NEEDED a fence. They got us on the schedule earlier than expected, had a lot of roadblocks during the process to no fault of their own but were thorough in explaining things and communicating in general. Between city electrical lines running all over our property, horrible weather and just a lot of footage to install in general, they absolutely nailed it. We are so happy with our fence! -
