1 month ago6 am - hooked my garage door on my car hatch- got it off. But when putting the door back down it came off the rollers on one side. We thought the door was history. But the came and fixed it by noon. Reasonable price Aldo. Highly recommend this company -

1 year agoThis occurred late 2023 and early 2024 with PS Garage Doors. The garage doors were covered under warranty and were not closing correctly. A tech came out and replaced a wire on the overhead unit which fixed the issue. The company sent a bill, and when questioned about the bill they stated it was a photo eye issue not covered under warranty. Luckily, there were security cameras on the property. The bill was dropped shortly after the video was circulated. Customers should not have to jump through hoops the prove what repairs were actually made are warranty repairs.
