1 month agoDealing with a heating issue is never fun. Talking to an actual person instead of an anwering service when calling before 8 am helps the stress of dealing with the issue. Being able to have the heat back up and running an hour before the scheduled time is so appreciated. I also appreciate the explanation of why the boiler stopped working and what needs to be done. I have used True Comfort a few times before my latest boiler adventure and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend. -
