17 years agoThe woman in the office was supposed to have sent me an email telling me that I had to vacuum the carpets first. I never got that message. When they arrived, I had to quickly start vacuuming carpets. I also had to move some furniture. The communication from his office to me was supposed to be through email. He recognized that and apologized. I did have to go back through after they were done to clean some spots. I won't be using him again. The price was a lot less than what they had quoted me for over the phone.
