4 months agoAll we can say is "WOW!!!". From the time we walked into the store, ordered the carpet, and had it installed in a more than timely manner, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kjell, the salesman was so attentive and really seemed to care about our needs. From picking the right color, what was the best padding was, and setting up a very quick install time so all would be finished before Christmas. Next was Hunter and Brody, who came in and moved all the furinture for us. They, too, were so careful and patient when moving the furniture both out and putting everything back again.Lastly, we would like to thank Dean, the installer, who, we could see, that he definitely took pride in his work, making sure that all seams were totally invisible, and took the extra time to make sure all the tack strips were achored and wouldn't let loose. From 1 - 10, we gladly rate this whole experience with Carpet World at solid 10. Thank you, all at Carpet World, who made this whole process so smooth and easy. -

5 months agoCouldn't be happier with the whole experience at Carpet World! Ryan in Sales took my call and was already over giving me a quote THE SAME DAY! He had made arrangements with his team and the work was done PERFECTLY and everything was completed within a few days. I thought the whole process would take weeks if not months so I was EXTREMELY happy with the overall results! 5 star service & quality and even cheaper than I expected! Thank you Carpet World!!! -
