3 years agoThey were very unprofessional and rude on the phone from the manager . He stated he didn't care about addressing what he was assigned to do from the American Homeshield Warranty Company ...and refused to return my calls for several weeks. I do not recommend using them at all. They do not take care of there customers at all what so ever. *Owners Comments * The owner himself did nothing what so ever to address this ...other than state that he didn't care about what they were supposed to be doing and how it was supposed to be handled with the American Home Shield Warranty Company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY ...AS THE OWNER IS FAR FROM BEING PROFESSIONAL AND ADDRESSING THE ISSUES OF THE CUSTOMER . -

4 years agoFast turn around during a busy season, was able to completely replace my furnace and AC quickly. The installer was friendly and went out of their way to cleanup the remnants of the previous install. Also didn't mind me pestering them with questions about the process. -

4 years agoA no show and when I called they said there not going to show at all. It would of been nice for them to tell me that in the first place, so I wouldn't been freezing in my home for 2 more days. -

6 years agoI would think twice about using this company. They bid me a job did half the work, and charged me $400.00 more for parts and labor for stuff they forgot to include on the bid. Talked to owner to try and get him to do the agreed upon job and said that if I did like what he was going to do he would pull his crew and I could go find some one else to do finish, and he would bill for the full quote of the job. The one person that he had on the job was there for only a couple hours a day doing work. Showed up around nine, left around three thirty. He bid out sixty hours for the job and there was maybe a total of 30 man hours completed. Work that was done looked like someone just out of trade school completed it. Think twice about using this company they will give you a bid very low and than find some way to charge you more after the job is done.
