He came to our home 5 minutes ahead of schedule to clean soot from our off-white carpet caused by a company who had serviced our gas fireplace. I was quite concerned it would never come clean. The stains are gone & Tim did so much more! He was kind & professional, very considerate and I would highly recommend Tim & Steamatic of the RRV!!! -

1 month agoWe had an excellent Experience with Steamatic of Fargo. Team was Patient, Communicative. Packing was Fast and efficient. Extraction of the sheetrock & insulation the cleanest process a person could imagine. Tyler, Greg and Cody were the main team members who were so patient and understanding when we were overwhelmed. After things were extracted they had suggestions for better ways to rebuild. It is an amazing company to work with and would Highly recommend them. So glad there is a company around that does this kind of work, and do it with understanding & compassion towards the customer. -
