7 months agoI went to work at 630a. Couple hours later I get a text saying there's a sign that says no parking from 7a-7p. At noon I'm getting a call saying they're going to tow my bike cause it's in the way. The posted signs were NOT there at 630a. And the lady supervising lied and said they were. They weren't there. Get your people some customer service lessons cause she's not good at it. -

14 years agoThe property is not "re-graded". If it were, the drainage issue would have been resolved and it continues to be an ongoing issue, 3 years later. The "swells" (swale) have not addressed the drainage issue because they were not executed properly. No fertilizer was applied. Roots are appearing throughout the root raked yard. Ivy remains alive and growing on the trees. A 2.5' X 3' stump still exists in the excavated area and was not removed, costing me an additional $150 to have another contractor remove it so I can proceed with the fence installation. The contracted project was never completed and/or executed properly to achieve the primary objective (drainage). This case went to court. I won a judgement and have had to hire an attorney to collect the judgment even though this company was found negligent of fulfilling their contract. Buyer beware!!!! -

14 years ago. They recommended thinning apposed to topping or cutting down. Good choice for me. Did a great job. Only glitch: several cut branches dented my gutter guard which I pointed out and they fixed. -

16 years ago. They are certified arborists. They did a good job. There was a problem with the estimate, but they did do good work.

FAQ
How does Beaver Creek Tree Service determine pricing for tree removal or pruning jobs?
We assess the size of the tree, its location, accessibility challenges, and any hazards involved to provide a custom quote. Factors like tight spots or large jobs influence the final cost, ensuring fairness based on the work required. Contact us for an on-site evaluation to get an accurate estimate tailored to your property.
Are you licensed and insured for tree service work?
Beaver Creek Tree Service carries full insurance coverage to protect your property and our crew during every job. Our certified arborists follow industry standards for safe practices. This setup safeguards homeowners from liability if issues arise on site.
Does Beaver Creek Tree Service handle tree pruning and removal in tight spaces or near structures?
We manage both large tree removals and precise pruning for tall evergreens or deciduous trees using bucket trucks, as shown in our work photos. Our crew navigates tight spots carefully to clear hazards without property damage. We recommend thinning over topping to preserve tree health where possible.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduled tree service appointments?
We schedule jobs with clear arrival windows and notify you in advance if parking restrictions apply, such as no-parking signs from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Expect us to complete work efficiently, addressing any vehicle or bike relocation promptly to avoid towing. Move items like vehicles beforehand if notified to keep things smooth.
What cleanup does Beaver Creek Tree Service provide after tree removal or pruning?
We clear all debris and branches from the site, leaving your property clean and safe. If minor issues like dents to gutter guards occur, we fix them on the spot as needed. Note that tree work does not include re-grading the ground, so existing drainage concerns remain unaddressed.
Why is hiring you safer and better than attempting DIY tree trimming or removal?
Professional equipment like bucket trucks allows safe access to tall branches, avoiding risks of falls or uncontrolled drops common in DIY efforts. Our certified arborists choose methods like thinning to maintain tree structure and health, unlike improper topping that weakens trees long-term. Homeowners avoid property damage and injury by leaving complex jobs to trained crews.
