I decided to get it done and came to Logan at Diamond. He got me in the books almost immediately and completed it in less than a business week, and the floors came out amazing. They looked so good that I had offers the NEXT WEEK. The buyers even noted to my agent that the floors were the deciding factor between my place and another they were looking at.
