4 years agoThey lied and took my money. I was told I had a level 2 in a rental house I only lived in for 3 months. I paid over $200 and still saw roaches every day. The tech said I wouldn't take them with me if I moved because it wasn't that bad. Moved into a brand new house and saw a roach in the kitchen within 3 days. When I called to see if they would help me, the rep on the phone was very rude and unprofessional and basically said no but would have someone call me. I reached out for help only to be robbed and to have to pay someone else for the same thing. Don't hire these guys, they don't care about their customers after they get their money. -

5 years agoWe have used them for years. They always call in advance, and the technician is the same every time so he knows the house. We have 2 out buildings which also get sprayed and he remembers them every time. Knocking down the spider webs and wasp nests is also vewry welcome. -

6 years agoI have used this company since we moved into this home about 30 years ago. The previous owner left their contact info behind. Called them up: no ants or scorpions ever seen. Three years ago saw rats: called and Kirk came and set out bat stations within a few hours of call. No rats since - birds eat in peace. Everyone very professional and respectful who has come into the house. Had a lady come today - super job. No billing issues: office folks very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
