1 year agoI have used these folks twice now. Tracy is an awesome knowledgeable guy who cares about his customers. Christmas Eve when nobody will help and it's cold as heck, he came out late and helped to get our heat going again. A bigger outfit said Wednesday was the soonest. Nope. Again someone that cares! They will find the problem and be there for the customer. Great company A++ Things definately are subject to change over time like anything. Be cautious with repeat service, especially when in need if you are freezing or hot in the dead of summer. -

3 years agoTracy and his crew provided a great install and good service and we're very prompt at returning phone calls in the process of purchasing and replacement of our existing unit. However now that we have paid for a full unit replacement it certainly feels like since they have gotten our money on a big expense we are just not important anymore for the service side. We had an appointment that was a no call no show on their part and my voicemail to Tracy also went un-answered as I left a voicemail directly with him after a missed appointment. They lost a customer on this one and I was initially hesitant to post a review but figured it may save someone else in the future the headache. Just be prepared after you replace your system you aren't going to be treated the same. -

5 years agoWe returned from vacation to discover that our A/C was running but nothing was coming through the vents. When I contacted them the following day they responded quickly to my inquiry and even gave an estimated time they would be able to fit us in the same day. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival and were able to quickly diagnose and repair. Very thankful for them in this 90+ degree weather!
