15 years ago$10,000 North Raleigh Air installed a new heat pump for our upstairs living area and replaced all associated ductwork, which included the addition of independently-controlled zones using motorized dampers. Kaleb Stout provided a price-competitive written estimate that included several system design improvements. Because the new system was larger, new refrigerant lines had to be run to the attic. Kaleb cleanly enclosed them in a gutter downspout, and it looks great. The end result included a very efficient Trane system that now allows easy temperature control of a historically hard-to-cool (& heat) bonus room, while allowing independent control of the bedroom area. We LOVE it! We found the family members that own and operate North Raleigh Air to be personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We would recommend them for any HVAC repair or replacement!
