1 year agoUpdated Review: After a disappointing interaction with the receptionist (yes, we all have bad days) I was compelled to leave a poor review. However, almost immediately after, I have been nothing but blown away by the customer service and attention to detail that I have received from Ideal Siding. I received a follow-up phone call almost immediately from the corporate customer service that listened and worked to remedy my situation. I also received a check-in phone call from the vice president of the company and another phone call from the job-site manager who came out to my home and scheduled to take care of my siding issues. Although I was upset initially, I have nothing by glowing reviews about Ideal Siding and everyone on their team. The professionalism and their attention to their customers was overwhelming and if every company did business like them, we would all be in a better place! GREAT JOB IDEAL SIDING!!!!
