5 months agoSINCE THIS POST, WADE HAS COME OUT AND FINISHED THE JOB TO HOW I WAS HOPING FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. I GAVE HIM A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT AS HE WAS SINCERELY APOLOGETIC AND HIS WORK IS TOP NOTCH. I DO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY WORKED HARD AND HARDER TO MAKE IT RIGHT... JUST MAKE SURE, AS WITH ANY COMPANY TO GO OVER YOUR ESTIMATE AGREEMENT THOROUGHLY. Nice guys. Did a good job on a few trees but skimped on the other. During the quote you say what you want done and then you get a quote. You hire them assuming they quoted you on what you wanted done, but yet when one tree is left almost untouched, they tell you they would have to charge you more to actually climb it to cut the dead limbs. When doing an initial visit and you point to the tree saying you want it trimmed and ALL the dead branches removed, it's kinda what you would expect to be done. I suggest if using this company not only go with a bid, but get photos of the branches with circles around the limbs agreed upon.
